I understand that my conference tuition not
only includes my attendance to the full event, but an added bonus of
two additional Mastermind Sessions including meals, facilitated

Satisfaction Guaranteed: If, by the end of the conference, I am not

refund of the money I've paid for the conference and you'll promptly write me a
refund check or credit my charge card within 30 days of the event.
This does not apply to the ITIL certification courses offered by
Pink Elephant. They have their own guarantee policy.
Cancellation Policy:
I understand that all HDP conference cancellations must be
submitted to High Tech High Touch Solutions in writing by email,
mail, or fax and received no later than October 1st, 2005 in order
to receive a refund. There will be a $200 cancellation fee
applied. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made
after this date regardless of when the registration was received. Cancellations are not considered official
without
a confirmation receipt. Substitutions will gladly be accepted in
writing without penalty.
