I would love to attend the 7th Annual Conference for Help Desk Professionals on October 26-28, 2005 in San Diego, California to meet and learn from the industry's top experts.  I want one of the limited 350 seats at this exclusive event so I can participate in this valuable learning experience.

I understand that my conference tuition not only includes my attendance to the full event, but an added bonus of two additional Mastermind Sessions including meals, facilitated networking sessions and an attendee mentor to ensure I meet all the right people.  People will facilitate opportunities for me to meet with other attendees at this event, including the speakers, industry leaders, and leading vendors.

I will receive a flash drive (USB memory drive) loaded with all of the speakers' proceedings as well as a complimentary bonus of additional resources that will contribute to the advancement of our help desk to a service desk.

I understand that my tuition is just $1595.00 for the conference, which is a tiny fraction of the actual value I'll receive from your expert faculty, written materials and contacts made from this event. If I sign up before September 2nd, 2005, I will receive a $200 savings reducing my conference tuition to only $1395.00!

For multiple attendees from one company, I can call for special arrangements at 425-398-9292.

The Pink Elephant ITIL certifications vary from $1395.00 - $1695.00.

The Certified Help Desk Manager course delivered by STI Knowledge is $1495.00.

Satisfaction Guaranteed:  If, by the end of the conference, I am not completely convinced of the value of the resources and education, I can ask for a refund of the money I've paid for the conference and you'll promptly write me a refund check or credit my charge card within 30 days of the event. This does not apply to the ITIL certification courses offered by Pink Elephant.  They have their own guarantee policy.

Cancellation Policy:  I understand that all HDP conference cancellations must be submitted to High Tech High Touch Solutions in writing by email, mail, or fax and received no later than October 1st, 2005 in order to receive a refund.  There will be a $200 cancellation fee applied.  Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date regardless of when the registration was received. Cancellations are not considered official without a confirmation receipt. Substitutions will gladly be accepted in writing without penalty.

I will see Pink Elephant's and STI Knowledge's cancellation policies on certification classes should there be a need to make any adjustments.
