Conference
Policies and Guarantees
No risk conference registrations include attendance
to the full event, plus an added bonus of two
Mastermind Sessions, extended workshops, meals,
facilitated networking sessions and attendee
mentors to ensure you meet all the right people.
Mentors will facilitate opportunities to
meet with other attendees at this event,
including the speakers, industry leaders, and
leading vendors. All paid attendees will receive
a Flash Drive (USB
memory drive) loaded with the speakers' proceedings and handouts.
Satisfaction Guaranteed:
If, by the end of the conference,
you are
not completely convinced of the value of the resources and
education, you can ask for a refund of the money paid for the
conference. You'll receive a refund check or credit made to
the credit card used for the original purchase within 30 days of the event. This does not apply to any
certification sessions, pre or post courses. Session trainers have their own guarantee
policies.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be submitted to High Tech
High Touch Solutions in writing by email, mail, or fax and received
no later than two months
prior to the conference start date in order to receive a refund.
There will be a $200 cancellation fee applied in all cases.
Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period
regardless of when the registration was received. Cancellations are
not considered official without a confirmation receipt.
Substitutions or a credit which can be applied to a future event will gladly be accepted in writing without penalty.
