I would love to attend the 8th Annual Conference for Help Desk Professionals on September 25-27, 2005 in San Antonio, Texas to meet and learn from the industry's top experts. I want one of the limited seats at this exclusive event so I can participate in this valuable learning experience.
I understand that my conference tuition not only includes my attendance to the full event, but an added bonus of two additional Mastermind Sessions including meals, facilitated networking sessions and an attendee mentor to ensure I meet all the right people. Mentors will facilitate opportunities for me to meet with other attendees at this event, including the speakers, industry leaders, and leading vendors.
I will receive a flash drive (USB memory drive) loaded with all of the speakers' proceedings that will contribute to the advancement of our help desk to a service desk.
I understand that my tuition is just $1695.00 for the conference, which is a tiny fraction of the actual value I'll receive from your expert faculty, written materials and contacts made from this event. If I sign up before September 1st, 2006, I will receive a $200 savings reducing my conference tuition to only $1495.00!
For three or more paid attendees from the same organization, a free full fare conference pass will be given to the fourth attendee. For more than four attendees, I can call for special arrangements at 425-398-9292.
Satisfaction Guaranteed: If, by the end of the conference, I am not completely convinced of the value of the resources and education, I can ask for a refund of the money I've paid for the conference and you'll promptly write me a refund check or credit my charge card within 30 days of the event. This does not apply to the certification courses. Our trainers have their own guarantee policies.
Cancellation Policy: I understand that all HDP conference cancellations must be submitted to High Tech High Touch Solutions in writing by email, mail, or fax and received no later than September 1st, 2006 in order to receive a refund. There will be a $200 cancellation fee applied. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this date regardless of when the registration was received. Cancellations are not considered official without a confirmation receipt. Substitutions will gladly be accepted in writing without penalty.
